Shipping Policy

At SparkXMart, we work with trusted carriers to deliver your order safely and quickly across Canada. Below you’ll find details on processing times, delivery estimates, rates, tracking, and special handling for perishable items.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Standard processing: 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • Peak periods (promotions, launches) may require additional time; we’ll notify you if delays occur.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship with Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, and other reputable carriers. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier capacity:

  • Ontario & Quebec: 2–4 business days
  • Western Canada (BC, AB, SK, MB): 3–6 business days
  • Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PE, NL): 3–5 business days
  • Territories & remote areas: 7–10 business days

We do not guarantee delivery dates; carriers may experience unexpected delays.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Delivery

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Free delivery on orders over $100 CAD (before tax) within eligible Canadian regions. Oversize/temperature-controlled items may be excluded.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).

4. Perishables & Special Handling (Dairy, Fresh Items)

  • Perishable items (e.g., paneer, cheese, certain fresh foods) may ship with insulation/ice packs.
  • We recommend choosing an address where someone can receive the package on the first attempt.
  • Perishables are not eligible for returns if left unattended or delayed due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.

5. Order Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after carrier pickup.

6. Local Delivery & Store Pickup

  • Local Delivery: Available in select Ontario zones. Delivery windows are shared at checkout.
  • Store / Warehouse Pickup: Choose “Pickup” at checkout. We’ll email when your order is ready.
  • Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID for pickup.

7. Address Accuracy, PO Boxes & Delivery Attempts

  • Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout; we’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or certain remote locations; we’ll contact you if adjustments are needed.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, reshipping fees may apply.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery time (or expected delivery date for lost shipments) at support@sparkxmart.com.

  • Include your order number, photos of the packaging and items (for damage claims), and any carrier notices.
  • We will open a carrier investigation and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

9. International Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping will be announced as we expand — follow @sparkxmartlife for updates.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change your address, items, or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@sparkxmart.com. We’ll do our best, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.

11. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship hazardous items, restricted goods, or products prohibited by carriers/law.
  • Weather and temperature restrictions may affect shipments of certain perishables.
